BENIGN INSTITUTE JIMENEZ GARAY, was created by Decree Law 164 of March 16, 1971, but the buildings were officially opened on 10 October 1971.
This worthy campus is located in the Barrio Santa Rita Sabanitas district of the province of Colon.

began its work in 1971 as First Cycle Santa Rita, under the direction of Professor Robert A. Linares and care for 28 teachers. Currently named the Distinguished Educator, Benigno Jimenez Garay, who dictated the Chair of Religion and Morality. In 1982, incorporates a second business cycle with specialties such as Secretariat in English, accounting, stenography in English, art and advertising and management and leadership of Dr. Cecilio Victor Cobham opened other specialties such as Banking and Finance, Business Management, Computer and Port Services Administration.
